House martins, delichon urbica, flirt and inspect nesting place against a wall.
House martins trying out the wall of the shed as a nesting place. You can see how a swallow keeps one of his wings flapping behind his back in order not to hit the wood of the roof.
Also falling backwards from the wall poses no problems for the swallow. It easily turns to the right position to fly away.
